摘要
测定了编号为S1 、S2 和S33个酸枣品种常见生物物质的含量 ,并对其进行了比较。结果表明 :可溶性糖含量 ,S1 极显著高于S2 、S3;可溶性蛋白质含量 ,S1 显著高于S2 、S3;粗纤维含量 ,S1 显著高于S2 、S3;维生素C含量 ,S1 极显著高于S3,显著高于S2 ;总酸含量 ,S3、S2极显著高于S1 ;游离氨基酸含量、粗脂肪含量无显著差异。
Through the analysis of the determining the biological substantial content in three kinds of wild jujube, the results showed that to the solvable sugar content wild jujube S_1 was most prominent. The solvable protein content of S_1 was more prominent than S_2 and S_3;the coarse fiber content of S_1 was more prominent than S_2 and S_3;the vitamin C content of wild jujube S_1 was more prominent than S_3 and S_1 is more prominent than S_2;and the common acid content of S_3 and S_2 was more prominent than S_1.There were no differences in removing amino acid and the coarse fat of three kinds of wild jujubes.
