摘要
采用交配试验法鉴定了阿魏侧耳和刺芹侧耳间的性亲和性 ,并对其体细胞不亲和性反应强度、孢子和子实体的形态差异进行了观察。结果表明 ,在 5 5个配对组合中 ,均无可亲和性 ,据此可初步认为 ,二者不属于同一生物学种。
The compatibility between Pleurotus ferulae and P. eryngii was determined by mating test, and the intensity of their somatic incompatibility interaction and the difference in basidiospores and the shape of fruiting bodies were observed in this paper. The results indicated that none of 55 pairing combinations was compatible. On the basis of matter in fact, they could not belong to identical biological species.
