摘要
分析了现阶段诸多制约农业科技成果转化和农民脱贫致富的“软因素” ;并通过理论分析 ,提出了相应的对策。
Restricting factors in the transformation of the agricultural technique achievement nowadays were summarized and analyzed. In this paper some advise on how to promote the homology was presented.
