摘要
综述了国内外最新的应变疲劳寿命估算模型,选用经实验证明估算精度较高的几种模型,与实验得出的转子钢30Cr2MoV低周疲劳寿命进行比较,证明修正的通用斜率法具有更为理想的预测精度,并用该法得出了汽轮机汽缸和阀壳用得较多的材料ZG15Cr1Mo1V的Δε-Nf方程,以用于阀壳及汽缸的疲劳设计和寿命估算。
This paper summarizes the recent models of estimating strain fatigue life at home and abroad, compares the low cycle fatigue life of the rotor steel 30Cr2MoV got from experiment with the prediction life from several kinds of precise models, proves that the modified universal slopes method provides the best precision. Δε-Nf curve of ZG15Cr1Mo1V which is widely used in the casing and valve housing has been got through the modified universal slopes method .
