Discussion on Stage Developmental Model in Large Scale Information System

针对首次开发的大型信息系统可以考虑采用梯级开发模式,以适应实际管理需要。梯级开发模式指信息系统开发不是采取一步开发到位的模式,而是采用预研一代、开发一代、运行一代和消化一代的梯级模式。

The paper is oriented to providing some thoughts into practical management demands for the initially developed information system. Stage developmental mode, being an appreciable approach among those trials, is a model that adopts a mode of developing information system step by step, but not in a stroke. Stage developmental mode consists of a preparatory stage , a development stage, performance stage and digestion stage, which all have all been in-depth analyzed and depicted in this paper.
