摘要
针对包钢连铸四流T形中间包 ,利用 1:2的水模型实验装置 ,进行工艺优化的水模实验研究。对改进后的中间包内流场进行分析 ,测试中间包扩容后的平均停留时间和对结晶器内的冲击深度 ,以及使用新挡渣堰的平均停留时间。水模实验结果对应于实际中间包 ,在相同的流量下 ,扩容前后两水口的平均停留时间随着液位的增加而增加、结晶器冲击深度没有变化 ;使用新挡渣堰时 ,两水口的平均停留时间变化不一致。
With a 1:2 scale water model, through analyzing, examining and measuring the flow pattern, residence time distribution and impact depth of the modified tundish respectively, the water model research for the continuous caster used 4-strand T-shape tundish of Baogang is studied. Comparing with the original tundish, the research results show that at the same flow rate,like the old one, the mean residence time of the nozzle on the same side increases with the liquid level increased, the impact depth is unchanged, but the change of the mean residence time of the nozzle is different when the new baffle wall is used.
