摘要
研究了车辆承载构件在运用环境腐蚀和应力联合作用下的腐蚀疲劳问题,探讨了考虑可靠度的腐蚀疲劳损伤分析与计算方法,并以C64型敞车为对象,选择车体结构危险部位进行了组合工况下腐蚀疲劳损伤与疲劳寿命实例计算,着重分析了腐蚀对C64型敞车疲劳损伤及疲劳寿命的影响。
The corrosion fatigue of the load-carrying member parts of vehicles under the combined action of the operation environment corrosion and stress is researched. The analysis and calculation method of the corrosion fatigue damage with the consideration of reliability are discussed. With the C_(64) Gondola car as the object, the dangerous parts of the car-body structure are selected to make the corrosion fatigue damage and fatigue life practical calculation. And mainly analyzed are the effects of corrosion on the fatigue damage and fatigue life of the C_(64) Gondola car.
