摘要
基于在酸性缓冲溶液中Fe一氨基黑10B与β-环糊精(β-CD)的包合反应,发展了测定铁的分光光度法,以试剂空白作参比,包合物的最大吸收波长位于642nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε为1.0×104L(mol·cm),Fe在0.4~3.6μgmL的浓度范围内符合比耳定律。用该体系测定水样中的微量铁。
A method for determination of iron based on the inclusion of iron ?-amido black 10B with β-CD in acid solution has been developed.The maximum absorption wavelength of the inclusion compound is 642nm against reagent blank,and its molar absorptivity ε is 1.0×10 4L/(mol·cm).Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.4~3.6μg/mL iron.The above mentioned system has been used to determine the mini-content of iron? in some water sample.The results are quite well.
