摘要
在武汉钢铁公司热轧带钢厂一台步进式加热炉上安装了一套三维温度场可视化监测系统。首先介绍了系统测温原理和图像处理方法,再给出了烧嘴调试试验的结果。通过现场实时运行的结果证明,本系统能较准确直观地在线检测不同工况下,炉内温度分布及板坯温度分布的变化情况。通过三维温度分布综合分析诊断,可望提供各烧嘴燃料量和风量优化调整,加热工件在炉内最佳加热时间等指导信息,为工业炉安全和经济运行提供新型的现代化的监控手段。
An experimental visualization of three-dimensional temperature field was performed in walk beam furnace of hot-strip factory in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation. This paper firstly described temperature measurement principle and image processing method of this system. The results of burner regulation test validated temperature measurement validity and veracity. The burner regulation test and the real time run results proved that, as operation status of burners changes, this system can visualize on-line the three-dimensional temperature distribution inside the furnace and sheet billet surface temperatures. By integrating diagnostic software, this system would be able to provide the regulating information of input fuel and air rates of burners and optimally heating time of workpiece, serving as a new-style, modern monitoring tool for industrial furnace safety and economic operation.
