摘要
本文阐述了双因素理论的含义,分析了双因素理论对图书馆人力资源管理的启示作用,对如何运用双因素理论提高图书馆馆员的积极性进行了探讨,并提出了一些建议。
Lmplication of the two-factor theory was expounded, and the revelation of the theory on library human resources management was analysed.Also discussed was the application of the two-factor theory with respects to promoting the Library staff's positivity,and some suggestions were given.
