摘要
以1,1-二氯乙烯为主要原料,采用浓盐酸和浓硝酸混酸法,直接合成农药中间体1,1,1 三氯 2 硝基乙烷。通过正交实验确定了反应的优化条件:温度 30℃、时间 1.5 h、偏二氯乙烯∶浓盐酸∶浓硝酸为1∶1.1∶1.3(mol),收率66.5%。
1,1,1-trichloro-2-nitroethane was synthesized by one step using 1,1-dichloroethylene as starting material. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(1,1,1-trichloro-2-nitroethane):n(HCl):n(HNO3)=1:1.1:1.3, and 1.5 h reaction time after adding HCl and HNO3.The total yield was 66.5%.
