摘要
通过不同的工艺方法对铜合金表面进行无铬钝化,并使用盐水浸泡、热氧化、阳极极化、塔费尔直线外推法及交流阻抗法等方法对其在不同介质中的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,通过苯骈三氮唑系钝化液的处理可以明显提高铜合金的耐蚀性能。
Some different surface treatment processes of passivation without chromium for copper alloy were performed. The corrosion resistance in given environments has been studied by means of oxidation testing, electrochemical-polarization measurement, etc. The experimental results indicate that the treatment process of copper alloy using benzotriazole can improve the corrosion resistance greatly.
