摘要
采用金相分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射及氢含量分析等方法,对多层反应塔衬钛层的裂纹成因进行了分析,由于钛板吸氢形成氢化钛导致材料性能劣化,对此提出了处理意见和监控措施。
The reasons of cracking in the titanium underlay of a multi-layer reactor were analyzed by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and hydrogen ion concentration analysis. The conclusion is that titanium plate absorbed hydrogen ion and formed titanium hydride, which caused degradation of the material. Control measures to solve this problem are proposed.
