摘要
采用激光数字剪切散斑和红外热像两种数字成像无损检测方法对碳/环氧板蒙皮与泡沫夹芯结构复合材料的胶接缺陷进行了初步研究。结果表明,两种数字成像无损检测方法检测此类缺陷是可行的,检测结果便于存储和后处理,而且红外热像无损检测方法效率高、缺陷显示更加直观,判读能力强。
The evaluation of composite bonding defects between carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin lamina and foam core was studied by laser digital shearography speckle pattern interferometry (LDSSPI) and infrared thermal wave imaging (ITWI) testing. Results showed that two kinds of digital imaging techniques were feasible, and evaluation results were convenient for storage and post processing. Furthermore, ITWI testing was more efficient, distinct and easier to evaluate than LDSSPI.
