摘要
介绍了人工智能技术、自适应技术、机器人技术和相关技术在超声无损检测中的理论分析和应用。这些技术的应用,使得无损检测的定位、定性和定量的可靠性和完备性大幅度提高,为无损评价奠定了良好的判定基础。指出现代超声无损检测技术正向着智能化、自动化、图像化、数字化、小型化、系列化、多功能化、信息化和交叉领域的前沿方向发展,实现了复杂形面复合构件的超声扫描成像无损检测,满足现代质量对无损检测的要求。
The theoretical analysis and applications based on artificial intelligence, adaptive, robot and correlation techniques in ultrasonic nondestructive testing were introduced. Its reliability integrality for location quantitative and identification had been improved to the utmost extent and laid a better determinant foundation for nondestructive eveluation. Modern ultrasonic testing was developing towards intelligence, automation, visualization, digitization, miniaturization, standardization, multi functionality,information and many intersectional fields in order to apply ultrasonic scanning imaging testing to complex shaped component and meet the demand of contemporary quality.
