“工”型沙袋套应用于心脏介入术后患者的效果观察

Effect observation of using H-shaped sandbag to press after heart intervention therapy

目的观察对心脏介入治疗患者术后股动、静脉穿刺口采用“工”型沙袋压迫止血的效果。方法采用抽签随机分]为两组,采取对照法,长方形沙袋组105例,心脏介入诊疗后股动、静脉穿刺口用弹性胶布包扎,长方形沙袋压迫6h后,穿刺口维持包扎和绝对卧床24h;“工”型沙袋组95,例心脏介入诊疗后股动、静脉穿刺口用弹性胶布包扎,“工”型沙袋套装沙袋压迫6h后,穿刺口维持包扎和绝对卧床12h。对两组患者进行术后局部并发症、舒适度评估和比较。结果“工”型沙袋组患者穿刺点血肿、淤斑的发生率与长方形沙袋组相比,无显著性差异,P>0.05;“工”型沙袋组患者排尿困难、腰背酸痛、失眠等不适情况与长方形沙袋组相比,明显减轻,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论“工”型沙袋套应用于心脏介入术后患者可以提高患者舒适度,减少并发症,减轻护理工作量。

Objective To observe the effect of using H-shaped sandbag to press femoral and femoral vein to stop blood after heart intervention therapy. Methods According to drawing lots, patients were divided into control group (rectangle group) and experimental group (H-shaped group). In 105 patients of former group, femoral and femoral vein puncture cut were bound up by using flexible tape after heart intervention therapy. After rectangle sandbag pressing it for 6 h, puncture cut remained bound up and patients were kept lying on bed for 24 h. In 95 patients of latter group, femoral and femoral vein puncture cut were bound up by using flexible tape. After H-shaped sandbag pressing it for 6 h, puncture cut remained bound up and patients were kept lying on bed for 12 h. Afterwards, postoperative local complications and comfort degree of patients in two groups were appraised and compared. Results There were no significant differences in hematoma and occurrence of petechia between two groups (P>0.05). Compared with control group, patients in H-shaped group had less dysuria, back ache and insomnia (P<0.01), which showed significant difference. Conclusion H-shaped sandbag can replace rectangle sandbag completely, and can raise patients' comfort degree, reduce complications and alleviate nursing work.
