笔者报道ICU重型颅脑损伤患者的有效监测及护理。内容包括神经功能监护、生命体征监护、持续颅内压监护、中心静脉压监护、脑电图监护及电解质、血和尿渗透压、肝肾功能的检查,采用格拉斯哥评分标准对患者进行正确评分,及时掌握患者的病情进展情况,进行特殊护理。有效地促进了患者的康复,减少了并发症的发生。
