颈前路植骨融合术患者的护理

Nursing of cervical bone graft fusion

笔者报道采用颈前路椎间盘摘除结合椎体间植骨融合术患者的护理。总结了术前的护理重点:(1)心理护理;(2)术前训练。术后护理要点:(1)密切观察血压、脉搏、呼吸;(2)注意头颈部制动;(3)预防并发症:脊柱反应性水肿、感染;(4)减少呼吸道分泌物;(5)做好出院指导。

The authors reported nursing of cervical disc removal combined with intervertebral bone graft fusion. The paper summarized key points of preoperative nursing as follows:(1)psychological care;(2)preoperative training. And key points of postoperative nursing were:(1)close observation of blood pressure, pulse and breath;(2)paying attention to keep neck and head stationary;(3)preventing such complications as spinal reactive oedema and infection; (4)reducing secretion of airway; (5)giving good guidance about discharge to patients.
