笔者报道健康体检中追踪癌症病人的规范化管理。做好恶性肿瘤统计工作,健全体检制度和文件,以保护医务工作者自身权益;完善健康体检工作,维护体检者的权益。介绍了追踪工作的管理目标、专职护士职责、工作流程和注意事项。强调对追踪工作规范化、科学化管理,防止遗漏,健全文件记录的重要性。

The authors reported standardized management of tracking patients with cancer in checkup. In order to protect medical staff's right, malignancy should be well counted and checkup system and document should be fulfilled. In order to protect patients' rights, health checkup should be perfected. The paper introduced management goal of tracking, the responsibility of special nurses, working procedure and notes. It emphasized the importance of standardized management of tracking, scientific management, being careful of omission, and improving documents and files.
