摘要
构建“服务型政府”是一种崭新的政府治理观念。随着我国加入世贸组织和经济的快速发展,人们已经不再满足于衣食住行质量的提高,还要求政府在教育、就业、医疗卫生、社会保障等方面提供更多的服务。因此,建设服务型政府也就成为政府职能转变的必然选择。本文试图通过对构建服务型政府的内涵及路径分析,以期对这一职能变革有更深的理解。
Service government' is a completely new idea of government administration.With the accession of WTO and the fast economic development,people are not only satisfied with the improvement of basic necessities in daily life,but require more government service in education,employment,medicine,insurance and so on.So the construction of service government is becoming a kind of certain trend.In the essay,the author analyzes this model from several ways.
