摘要
将400名入伍新兵随机分为实验组和对照组,在体能训练中实验组实施干预训练方案,对照组按部队现行方案组织训练。两组训练时间和场地条件相同,经8周训练后的结果表明:(1)两种方案均能有效减少新兵体脂含量,促进瘦体组织增长;(2)实验训练方案能够更有效地改善新兵身体机能和运动素质;(3)两种方案比较,实验训练方案优于部队现行方案。
400 new solders were randomly divided into experimental group and comparative group. During physical stamina training, intervening training plan was carried out on the experimental group while the comparative group was trained in accordance with existing training plan. The training time and ground condition for these two groups are the same. After 8 weeks of training, the results revealed the followings: 1) both plans are capable of reducing new solder's body fat content effectively and promoting the growth of lean body tissues; 2) the training plan for the experimental group is capable of improving new solder's body functions and sports quality more effectively; 3) comparing these two plans, the training plan for the experimental group is better than the existing plan for the army.
