聚乙二醇支撑的二醋酸碘苯试剂参与1,3,4-噁二唑化合物的合成

Poly (Ethylene Glycol) Supported (Diacetoxy) Iodobenzene in the Synthesis of 1,3,4-Oxadiazoline Derivatives

摘要 聚乙二醇支撑的二醋酸碘苯作为可溶性聚合物试剂在常温下将醛的N-酰基腙氧化成环,以中等到良好的产率生成了1,3,4-二唑衍生物,该试剂在此反应中显示出较好的反应活性,反应条件温和,并且可循环使用,对环境友好. Poly (ethylene glycol) by supported (diacetoxy) iodobenzene as a soluble polymer reagent can smoothly oxidze aldehyde N-acylhydrazones to 1,3,4-oxadiazone derivatives at room temperature in moderate to good yields. This soluble polymer supported by hypervalent iodine agent exhibites enough reactivity for the oxidative cyclization of aldehyde N-acylhydrazones under mild conditions.Moreover, it can be regenerated and reused as environmentally benign reagent.
