点线啮合齿轮新型传动装置的试验研究

Experiment Research of New Gearing Transmission of Point-line Meshing Gear

介绍了一种起重运输机械新型传动装置——点线啮合齿轮减速器 ,并对中硬齿面点线啮合齿轮减速器的承载能力和噪声情况进行了试验 ,对试验的结果进行了分析和研究 ,表明点线啮合齿轮传动和常规的渐开线齿轮传动相比 ,具有承载能力大、强度高、噪声低等优点 ,并且新型减速器的效率可以达到 96%以上 .

A new gearing of hoisting transport machine -point-line meshing gear reducer is introduced in this paper. And the experiments about the bearing capacity and noise of middle rigidity tooth flank of point-line meshing gear reducer are made. The analysis and research of the experiment result are carried on. The result indicates that the point-line meshing gear has a series of advantages,compared with normal involute gear, such as: great bearing capacity, high intensity, low noise etc. And the efficiency of new reducer can reach upwards 96%.
