摘要 分析了通过变换为什么会实现图像的压缩 ,简要分析了几种常用变换方法的优缺点和离散余弦变换 .从小波和小波变换的定义、小波变换浅析、小波变换在图像压缩中的应用等方面 ,重点阐述了很有发展前景的小波变换 .最后概要分析了 JPEG2 0 0 0性能方面的特点 . Transform is a standard mathematic tool to solve problems in some field. It transforms mathematical quantity to other form.Transform also has an important action for image compression. A lot of ways in image compression are implemented by transform. The paper analyses why it can compress image by transform, makes a brief introduction to advantages and disadvantages of several methods used frequently and DCT. Emphatically introduces wavelet transform developed well based on the definition of wavelet and wavelet transform, analyses of wavelet transform, the use of wavelet transform on image compression. And finally analyses the characteristic of the function of JPEG2000 briefly.
