摘要
通过数值模拟软件 ANSYS分析对接接头的工作应力分布 ,找出了对接接头的几何参数对应力集中系数的影响 .为合理地选择焊接接头截面形状和尺寸 ,提高焊接结构的使用寿命和安全稳定性以及焊接结构的设计和制造提供了一定的理论依据 .
In the article, the numerical simulation software ANSYS is used to analyze the working stress distribution in butt joint and the effect of the geometric parameter on the stress concentration efficiency. It provides a theoretical proof for the choice of the welding joint sectional shape and dimension, and for increasing the length of life and stability of the weld structure, and for design and manufacture in the weld structure.
