摘要
介绍了ZL26型高速滤棒成形机组的方案设计、工艺流程、控制方案、西门子MC交流伺服系统的配置及其主电机和从动电机的技术设计。实测生产数据表明,使用交流伺服系统后,滤棒重量指标的变异系数达到1%,提高了滤棒出棒率;滤棒吸阻被控制在±147Pa范围内,大大优于开松辊使用无级变速器的机组;滤棒硬度完全达到要求,且降低了增塑剂的消耗量。
The filter rod making machine ZL26 was introduced, including, the scheme, technical process, control, configuration of Siemens MC AC servo system and technological design of master and slave motors. The practical production data showed that: by using AC servo system, the variation coefficient of filter rod weight reached 1%, the yield of filter rod was increased; the variance of draw resistance of filter rod was controlled in the rang of (±147Pa), which was much better while comparing with the products made by the filter rod maker whose opening rollers were driven through stepless gears; the hardness of filter rod met demands, and the consumption of plasticizer was reduced.
