摘要
本文提出了区域创新资源配置能力的概念,阐述了区域创新资源配置能力的特点和内涵,通过对区域创新资源配置的驱动力的分析,提出了增强区域创新资源配置能力的一般对策。
In this paper, the concept of the regional innovation resources allocation ability is presented, and connotation and feature of it is discussed either. Based on the driving forces of regional innovation resources allocation analyzing, we propose the suggestions those might be conductive for regional innovation system to fortifying regional innovation resources allocation ability.
