急性颈髓损伤后脊髓细胞能量代谢的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨急性颈髓损伤后颈髓细胞能量代谢的改变。方法 咬除兔 C6,7 椎板,显露硬膜囊,致伤组采用改良Allen打击法造成 C6,7 段脊髓挫伤,对照组不致伤。采用生物化学方法,检测糖酵解关键酶已糖激酶(hexokinase,HK)、磷酸果糖激酶( phosphofructokinase, PFK)、丙酮酸激酶( pyruvate kinase, PK)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)的活性变化。另设假手术组作为对照。结果 与对照组比较,LDH、HK、PFK及 PK活性均明显增加(P<0.05),但1 h的时候和对照组相比并无显著差异,在32 h的时候LDH的活性略有下降。结论 颈髓组织受伤后,颈髓细胞的能量代谢发生了改变,由有氧氧化为主改为以糖酵解为主。及时治疗颈髓损伤可改善组织的能量代谢状态,减轻脊髓组织的损伤。 ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of the energy metablism on the acute injuried cervical cord cell. MethodsDura mater of spinal cord is exposed after the vertebral lamina in the L6,7 of a rabbit having been bit off.The contusion in spinal cord of the L6.7 is caused by the improved-Allen beat in injured group.While in control group,without being injured. Biochemical methods were employed to determine the activities of the key enzymes during glycolysis such as hexokinase (HK),phosphofructokinase(PFK),pyruvate kinase(PK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) compared with the sham-operation control group. ResultsThe activities of the LDH、HK、PFK and PK increased significantly(P<(0.05)). However,there were no obvious difference compared with the control at 1 hour,while the activity of the LDH decreased lightly at 32 hours. ConclusionThe energy metabolism on the cervical cord cell changed when the tissue of cervical cord were injuried. The metablism changed from aerobic oxidation to glyiolysis.With injury of spinal cord treated in time,the energy metablism in tissue of spinal cord can be improved,the injury will be relieved.
