摘要
目的探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞的临床效果.方法58例下肢深静脉血栓的患者成功进行下腔静脉滤器置入术.结果无致死性肺动脉栓塞发生.随访6～38个月,无滤器移位和相关并发症,未出现肺动脉栓塞.结论应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞是简便、安全、有效的方法.
ObjectiveTo study the effect of the filter of inferior vena cava for prevention of fatal pulmonary embolism (PE)formation. MethodsFifty-eight cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) were treated by insertion of inferior vena cava filter. ResultsFifty-eight patients were followed up for 6-38 months. There were no complications occurred in this series and no migration of the filters were found. No fatal pulmonary embolism was occurred. ConclusionThe inferior vena cava filter implantation is a safe and effective method to prevent fatal pulmonary embolism.
