几种介入治疗盆腔痛方法的比较研究

COMPARISON OF SEVERAL APPROACHES OF INTERVENTION THERAPY FOR PELVIC PAIN

目的 探索一种新的介入治疗方法,简便有效地治疗痛经。方法 以尸检、解剖学基础为依据,对多种相关的方法进行影像学分析比较。结果 骶前孔阻滞疗法,药物分布于上腹下丛、双侧腹下神经、下腹下丛、子宫阴道丛所在位置,影像学表现优于其他相关方法。结论 骶前孔阻滞适用于痛经等盆腔痛乃至会阴、肛门和下肢的疼痛治疗。因其操作简便、安全、有效、实用,与其他方法比较,较为优越。

ObjectiveTo search for a novel,simple and effective intervention approach for dysmenorrhea treatment. MethodsAccording to the data from autopsy and human anatomy,several relative approaches of intervention therapy were analyzed by comparing radiological images. ResultsThe approach of the nerve block via anterior sacral foramen was better than others in radiological imaging for the contrast medium injected was fully distributed in the regions of superior hypogastric plexus,hypogastric nerves,inferior hypogastric plexus,uterovaginal plexus. ConclusionThe approach of nerve block via anterior sacral foramen is applicable to treat the pelvic pain like dysmenorrhea and even can be used to treat the perineal,anal and leg pain.It is simple,safe,effective,practical and better than others.
