我国高校管理教育教学改革探析

On the teaching reform of management education in Chinese universities

21世纪是质量的世纪。我国高校管理教育惟有提高教学质量 ,培养出社会经济发展所需的各级各类合格的管理人才 ,才能得到持续、健康的发展。本文针对我国高校管理教育的现状 ,提出应从更新教育理念、加强知识基础设施建设、改革人才培养模式、课程体系、教学方法和管理制度等方面进行教学改革。

The 21st century is a quality-dominated century.As far as the management education in Chinese universiyies is concerned,only by improving teaching quality and training all types of qualified managerial talents required by economic development can it get lasting , healthy development . Based upon the analysis of the current situation of Chinese universities' management education, this thesis suggests that we should carry on the teaching reform by renewing our educational idea, strengthening knowledge infrastructure,reforming personnel training mode , course system , teaching methods and management system.
