In order to raise the level of undergraduate teaching work, after checking and accepting the results of evaluations finished by the colleges of Chongqing University, the auther has proposed some views about teaching evaluation system, English learning, building of the teaching and research section as well as relationship between teaching quality and the rate of fail.
