摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件工艺补充面的设计原则,研究了实现工艺补充面自动搭建的两种参数化特征设计方法,即基于覆盖件曲面特征和基于网格模型的设计方法,并对其特点进行了分析比较。采用编程的方法,在UG系统中二次开发出基于曲面特征的参数化方法设计的、用于工艺补充面自动式和交互式搭建的软件,对相应软件开发环境、开发方法及软件特点作了简介。
Principles of addenda design for automobile panel die have been introduced,two types of CAD approach to fabricate addenda,i.e.surface-based method and grid-based method been studied with analysis of their characteristics.With UG-API programming tool,A surface-based parametric addenda design software which can complete the design of addenda automatically or interactively at UG environment has been developed,with brief of its developing environment methodology and characteristics.
