Description methods and the planning models of concurrent activities have been given out.A new feasible method for planning activities has been applied to die and mould developing.Fully thinking over the uncertainty of time,this method has considered the key factorsinformation and time distribution to ensure effective utilization of resources,for successful and effective completion of developing process.An example given has shown the availability and feasibility of the algorithm.
