介绍了模具型面在汽车覆盖件模具开发中的核心作用。阐述了利用UG/DieEngineering和CADCEUS/DieFace软件设计模具型面的一般方法,并分析了它们在设计模具型面时存在的问题,提出了相应对策。文章同时提出了在模具制造前就能发现并处理潜在问题的模具型面设计流程。
The key role of the panel die face in developing draw die has been introduced with discussion about countermeasures against the problems which UG/Die Engineering and CADCEUS/Die-face cannot solve.The advanced panel die face developing process has been designed to identify and address problems before making dies.
