摘要
选择性激光烧结(SelectiveLaserSintering,SLS)是快速成型技术的一种,根据CAD三维模型切片所获得的层面信息,逐层烧结,经层层叠加后,最终形成了所需的SLS原型或零件。制件成型精度是一个重要指标,受很多因素的影响,本文对影响SLS制件精度的各种因素进行了分析和研究,并就提高SLS制件精度提出了一些相应的解决方法。
According to analysis and experiment,it is considered that setting of the laser's parameters,temperature's control of heating,route of laser scanning,sintering thickness of each layer etc may affect the precision of the parts made by SLS. Some means have been provided to improve the precision of the parts.
