肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Thrombosis at Superior Mesenteric Vein

目的 探讨诊治肠系膜上静脉血栓形成方法与治疗。方法 综合我院 11例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 11例患者中无死亡 ,根据临床表现及辅助检查 ,及早诊断并行术前溶栓。手术及术后给予抗凝治疗。结论 急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成应早诊治 ,虽血液D -二聚体的检查特异性比较高 ,另配合彩超、CT检查 。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic and treatment methods of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis. Methods The clinical materials of 11 cases of such patient were analyzed in our hospital retrospectively. Results 11 cases had no dead. There were two cases obtained early diagnosis. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment were performed difficulty that should combined with D-dimer, color ultrasound and CT.
