Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticides in Water Samples Using Dynamic Liquid-phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了水样中敌敌畏、二嗪农、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷和对硫磷等5种有机磷农药的动态液相微萃取-气相色谱检测方法.实验表明甲苯是良好的萃取溶剂,甲苯体积为2 μL时达到最佳萃取效果.液相微萃取是一种非平衡萃取过程,随着萃取次数的增加,萃取效率不断提高,本研究选择萃取次数为25次.在优化的实验条件下,各目标物的萃取富集倍数为21~60;回收率0.85%~2.38%之间;方法的检出限为0.1~0.3 μg/L;基体加标检测的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%~8.0%.本方法可用于水体中痕量有机磷农药的富集检测. A novel method for the determination of five organophosphorous pesticides ( dichlorvos, diazinon, chlorpyrifos, parathion methyl and parathion) in water samples has been developed using liquid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography. The results showed that toluene was a suitable extraction solvent and when the volume of toluene was 2 mu L the extroution. was optimum. Since liquid phase microextraction (LPME) is an unbalance extraction procedure, the extraction efficiency was enhanced as the extraction frequency increased, in this study the extraction frequency was 25. The concentration factors for various analyte were between 21. 4 and 59. 5, relative standard deviations of matrix spiked samples ranged from 4. 9% to 8. 0%. Recoveries of the analytes were 0. 85 % similar to 2. 38 %. The detection limits were in the range of 0. 1 similar to 0. 3 mu g/L.
