新疆东天山北麓汉语人群的语言是以兰银官话为基础的老新疆话,有自己独特的语音、词汇和语法系统。 形成于清朝乾隆中期,由于封闭至今仍以这种语言作为交际语言。推普方略应以扩大开放发展经济,努力宣传国家 的语言文字政策为主。

Chinese used by people in the North Slope of East Tianshan Mountains is old Xinjiang dialect based on Lanyin official language, which has special intonation, vocabulary and grammar of its own. Coming into being in Qianlong's reign of the Qing Dynasty, it is still sued now for communication due to the lack of information. Opening-up for economic development and wide popularization of the state's language policy should take dominance in the implementation of strategy of popularizing Putonghua.
