摘要
以键合有β 环糊精的硅胶为手性固定相,对2 (9 蒽基) 2 羟基乙酸及其3种衍生物2 (9 蒽基) 2 甲氧基乙酸、2 (9 蒽基) 2 羟基乙酸乙酯和2 (9 蒽基) 2 甲氧基乙酸乙酯的外消旋体进行薄层色谱分离.结果表明,当以环己烷/丙酮/甲醇(V∶V=3∶2∶1)为展开剂时,两种酸的相对比移值分别为8 47和12 57;以甲苯/氯仿/丙酮(V∶V=5∶2∶1)溶剂系统作为展开剂时,两种酯的相对比移值分别为9.25和20.81.
Four racemic compounds, 2-(9-anthranyl)-2-hydroxyacetic acid, 2-(9-anthranyl)-2(-methoxyacetic) acid, ethyl 2-(9-anthranyl)-2-hydroxyacetate and ethyl 2-(9-anthranyl)-2(-methoxyacetate), are separated by TLC with a chiral stationary phase of silica gel bonding β(-cyclodextrin). The relative R_f of two acids are 8.47 and 12.57 when mobile phase is cycloexane(-acetone)-methanol (,V∶V=3∶2∶1). The relative Rf of two acetates are 9.25 and 20.81 when mobile phase is toluene-chloroform-acetone (,V∶V=5∶2∶1)
