摘要
在20世纪80年代兴起的高等教育改革运动中,美国研究型大学把培养创新人才确立为本科生教育的培养目标。为了实现这一培养目标,美国研究型大学把一年级习明纳尔作为改革本科生教育的重要措施之一,并取得了积极的效果。虽然存在着种种问题和困难,一年级习明纳尔仍然呈现出进一步发展的趋势。
In the higher education reform movement starting in 1980s,the American research universities established their new educational goal to train creative talents. To realize the goal,the American research universities developed freshman seminar as one of the main measures of their undergraduate education reform,and achieved positive effects. Though facing with many problems and difficulties,freshman seminar tends to gain a further development in the future.
