复黄生肌愈创油膏对大鼠慢性皮肤溃疡模型bFGF EGFmRNA表达的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的 :探讨外用中药 -复黄生肌愈创油膏 (复黄膏 )促进慢性皮肤溃疡创面修复的机制。方法 :用醋酸氢化可的松造成SD大鼠背部慢性体表溃疡模型 ,随机分为模型对照组、复黄膏治疗组 (复 1组 )、小剂量复黄膏治疗对照组 (复 2组 )、生肌白玉膏 (白玉膏 )治疗对照组 (白玉组 )和模型组。采用RT PCR方法检测各组创面组织中EGFmRNA和bFGFmRNA表达水平 ;流式细胞仪测定创面组织细胞DNA周期。结果 :复黄 1组创面组织中EGFmRNA和bFGFmRNA表达水平与模型组、白玉组、复 2组相比呈明显上调 ,P <0.0 5 ,复 1组S期细胞数与模型组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0.0 5 )。结论 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Fu-Huang-Sheng-Ji-Yu-Chuang Ointment (or Fu-Huang Ointment),an external TCM remedy,healing chronic skin ulcer.Method:By injection of hydrocortisone acetate,chronic skin ulcer was made in the back of SD rats.The rats were divided randomly into comparison group,Fu-Huang-Sheng-Ji-Yu-Chuang Ointment group with routine dosage(Fu-Huang 1 group),Fu-Huang-Sheng-Ji-Yu-Chuang Ointment group with small dosage(Fu-Huang 2 group),Sheng Ji Bai Yu Ointment group(Bai Yu Ointment group)and model group.RT-PCR method is used to measure the quantity of EGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA.And the DNA period of ulcer tissue cell is measurated by Flow Cytometry detector.Results:In Fu-Huang 1 group,the expressions of EGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA in the ulcer tissue were increased significantly than those of model group,Bai Yu Ointment group and Fu-Huang 2 group(P<0.05),and the cell of Speriol were improved significantly than that of model group(P<0.05),Conclusion:The speeding effect of Fu-Huang Ointment in healing chronic skin ulcer is related to the expressions of EGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA.
