摘要
目的 :观察蔡氏扶正消汤对胃癌细胞增殖的影响。方法 :(1)采用倒置显微镜观察蔡氏扶正消汤对胃癌细胞形态的影响 ;(2 )采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝 (MTT)还原法检测蔡氏扶正消汤对胃癌细胞生长的影响。结果 :蔡氏扶正消汤生药能抑制胃癌细胞的增殖。在实验浓度范围内 ,随着剂量的增加 ,抑制作用更加明显 ;同一剂量下 ,72h内药物作用时间越长 ,抑制作用越明显。结论
Objective:To study the effect of Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on Human Gastric Carcinoma Cell Line SGC-7901 Proliferation.Methods:Morphological changes of Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on SGC-7901 cells were observed by light microscope Proliferation of Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on SGC-7901 cells was measured by MTT colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang.Results:Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang at a concentration between 5?mg/mL and 30?mg/mL inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in dose-dependent manner.From 0h to 72?h,Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang with same concentration inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in time-dependent manner.Conclusion:Cai-shi-fu-zheng xiao-zheng-tang can specially inhibit proliferation of SGC-7901 cells.
