益气活血法对实验性动脉粥样硬化鹌鹑血管内皮细胞的影响研究

The Effect of Profiting Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation on Vessel Endothelium Level of Experimental Atherosclerosis Model

目的 :研究中医益气活血法对实验性动脉粥样硬化鹌鹑血管内皮细胞的影响。方法 :以实验性动脉粥样硬化鹌鹑模型为对象 ,观察益气活血方黄芪通脉合剂对鹌鹑模型血管内皮细胞的作用。结果 :用药后黄芪通脉合剂组与模型组比血浆TC、TG含量显著降低 (P <0.0 1)。对照组与模型组比血浆ET、TXB2 含量降低显著 (P <0.0 1)。血浆NO、6 keto PGF1α含量有升高趋势 (P <0.0 1)。结论 :益气活血法有调节血浆脂质代谢 ,保护血管内皮细胞的功能 。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the method of profiting Qi and Promoting blood circulation on vessel endothelium of experimental atherosclerosis model.Methods:Taking quails as the experimental atherosclerosis model,HuangQi TongMai Mixture that profiting Qi and promoting blood circulation as the experimental,observe the effect on vessel endothelium of the atherosclerosis model.Results:HuangQi TongMai Mixtrue group compared with model group,the TC and TG level of blood plasm decreased obviously(P<0.01).The control group compared with the model group,the ET and TXB_2 level of blood plasm decreased obviously(P<0.01),while the NO and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) level increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treated by the method of profiting Qi and promoting blood circulation can regulate the blood plasm lipoprotein metabolism,protect the function of vessel endothelium and prevent from ASO.
