On Enhancing the Availability of the Power of Superintendence in Combining the Power of Appointments and Removals

北京市海淀区人大常务委员会积极探索行使监督权的具体形式,尝试在与人事任免权相结合中增强监督权的有效实施的程序化工作模式,以便改进以往人大监督缺乏实效的缺陷,提高人大人事任免的准确性。

People's Congress and Standing Committee of Haidian District in Beijing actively probes the idiographic forms of exertion of the power of superintendence. It tries the regular mode of enhancing the availability of the power of superintendence in combining the power of appointments and removals in order to improve limitation of being short of availability of superintendence, heighten veracity of appointments and removals.
