摘要
人力资本分享企业剩余索取权和控制权的范围不断扩大、形式日益多样, 内容越来越具有实质性。在企业制度从古典企业、现代企业再到后现代企业的不断演化过程中, 人力资本也经历了从“隐形人力资本”、“职业经理人力资本”、“创新者群体人力资本”分享企业剩余索取权和控制权的制度演化过程。这个过程的实质, 是知识分布对企业影响力的逐渐扩大和加深。
There are broad scope, varied forms and substantial content on human capital’s sharing of claim to enterprise’s residue and control power. The Evolution of Human Capital’s Sharing Claim to Firm’s Residue and Control Power has transformed Concealed human Capital, manager human capital and to group of people who brings forth new ideas along with classical enterprise, modern enterprise and post-modern enterprise. The key of this process is that effect of knowledge distribution is becoming broader and deeper in enterprise.
