Transformation and Development of Industries in Groups for the Northeast Industrial Bases

东北老工业基地的振兴离不开产业集群这种组织模式 ,但现有的产业集群体制不能适应市场经济要求。文章分析了制约东北老工业基地产业集群转型的因素 ,提出了以获取区域竞争优势为目标 ,加快产业价值链的调整和再造 ,培养自主开发能力的有效对策。

The reinvigoration of the Northeast China Old Industrial bases cannot develop without the organizational patterns of industries in groups, though currently the institution of industries in groups is incompatible to the requirements of market economy. This article undertakes an analysis of the factors restricting the transformation of industries in groups for the Northeast Old Industrial Bases, coming up with effective strategies of speeding up the adjustment and re-engineering of industrial value chains and cultivating capabilities of independent development with the aim of obtaining regional strategic advantages.
