摘要
通过采用“一高两中”配料方案设计、废渣生料小料球成型及煅烧、高细粉磨等技术手段,综合利用粉煤灰、煤矸石、电厂炉渣、硫酸渣、磷石膏五种工业固体废弃物生产粉煤灰水泥,使最终水泥实物重量中工业废渣含量达到50%,粉煤灰水泥质量等级达到42.5级。
To produce fly ash cement by utilizing five kinds of industrial waste residue of fly ash, colliery, pouter plant furnace residue, sulphuric acid residue, phospogypsum, a row material mix proportion by weight project of 'High KH and intermediate SM and IM' is designed, technical ways such as small residue granule and highly fine grinding are used. Finally, the weight of industrial waste residue expands so percent in cement finished product and the quality grade of fly ash cement could reach to 42.5.
