摘要
主要对食用菌栽培用固体培养物料的微波灭菌条件进行研究。试验结果表明,其灭菌时间短,灭菌效率高。该工艺为微波在食用菌生产中的应用提供依据,在替代传统高压蒸汽灭菌的工艺方面,有着很好的应用前景。
In this paper the microwave sterilization Craft of solid culture medium in fungivorous growth is studied, and it gave important reference to producing fungus. Results testified that the sterilization time is short and the sterilization efficiency is high, so it will have a bright future to replace the traditional high-pressure steam sterilization.
