罚金是人民法院判处犯罪分子向国家缴纳一定数额金钱的刑罚方法。在我国法院的审判实践中,罚金刑的适用存在一系列问题,拟对此进行分析、探讨,并结合审判实践提出规范罚金刑适用的几个措施。

Penalty is a kind of punishment by which the courts sentence prisoners to pay some money to the state. In the course of trial practice in our courts, there are some problems about the implementation of penalty, which are going to be analyzed in this article. For ruling the implementation of penalty, some measures will be raised according to the trial practice.
